The service company had sent a technician about fixing the heating and cooling system for the 3rd time.
The guy said the capacitor has stopped working and replaced it.
He said the problem is now fixed and charged us a deductible again saying this was new problem. Within an hr, the system stopped working clearly stating he was lying.
We called up customer service to report this. I must say they have the worst customer service ever. The lady on the call was extremely rude.
When we said this is serious and would complain about the company, she was happy to say we can do whatever we want.
She did not helping fix the issue at all rather arguing with us.
We asked her to call him back to clear mess but she was insisting technician won’t come till 4 days.
What kind of customer service or any kind of service is this.
We have to waste our money again if he comes.
They are a rogue company only interested in making money and fooling the customer.
