Wright-Patt Credit Union Is the worst bank for a business that I have ever used. Don’t get sucked in by the candy and free coffee.

Don’t try and get a ten dollar bill here because THEY DONT HAE THEM! Even for business accounts.

Don’t try and get money quickly Wright-Patt Credit Union.

They will point you to an interactive ATM that is akin to waiting on hold with Time Warner customer service.

And if they don’t have someone to talk to you which is a frequent occurrence you have to wait until a rep frees up to get money.

Don’t try and pay a bill bigger than $1500 per day.

Even if you are a business because your debit card will get declined.

Also if you need coins for your business you they have to get it out of your account, because they won’t accept cash…… That’s right they don’t accept cash…… At a bank….

    I don’t know what the idiot above me is talking about. I have literally had an account with them since I was 5 (mid 40’s now). I have financed cars through them, invested, and had savings and checking with them and NOT ONCE did I have a problem.

  2. Admit you made an error and fix the problem.

    I opened my account almost two weeks ago and STILL have not received my check card. They say it’s because of the holidays and the Post Office is slow. Not true I am getting regular mail in a reasonable amount of time based on the date on my mail and the Post marks on the outside of the letters. Admit you made an error and fix the problem.

    Please do not bank with this Credit Union!!! My Mother has been banking with this credit union for 10+ years and they still put a seven day hold on all checks .

      Horrible place. Customer service is the worst. They are smart asses on the phone. Very cocky. Don’t rely on their answers. Takes days to clear up issues and you get different answers from different people on the same subject
