We chose this firm in part because of their reputation and we were thoroughly disappointed. We did a whole-house window replacement with them and I will say the the installation itself was professional. However, the doors they installed were not the doors we ordered and were out of compliance with our homeowners association requirements; the screens were not the type we ordered, and two of the windows were defective (the factory’s fault, not WoW’s). It took months to get these errors fixed, errors that mostly would not have occurred if Windows on Washington had not been careless up front. They did eventually rectify all the problems and they did not attempt to evade their responsibilities, so at least that was good.
It’s been a little over six months since the work was completed and both of the doors are starting to fail. I’m not sure if they are under warranty, but even if they are I am reluctant to use Windows on Washington again, so we will probably end up replacing them with another firm, a waste of thousands of dollars.
