Wealthnest Tax Services

My family has been getting our taxes done by Wealthnest Tax Services for at least the last 8 years but we will not be back after this year.

Last year they didn’t file our return for a month after we thought it had been done because they said they never received our fax/email with my husbands signature even though it shows I sent it.

I was upset but accidents happen. I should have asked for my money back but figured we would be understanding and not cause a scene.

I was really needing our return money so waiting an extra month put a damper on our plans but oh well.

This year they did the same exact thing!!! As soon as our appt was over I went home and had my husband sign the documents and sent them back.

I called and confirmed everything was there. Reviewed it with the employee and even explained my concerns about last year and she reassured me everything was completed.

I just got a call saying some of the documentation wasn’t there! My sons SSN!

The employee no longer works there. Great! Now I have to worry she stole his identity because somehow the other documents are there and his SSN isn’t even though they were sent in one file.

I am so pissed! I want my money back!!! Now I have to wait another month for my return! Stay far away from this place!

Addendum : I was told Kevin would call me back the day I found out they lost my sons SSN and it took 5 days for a return call.

After some back and forth of trying to get a hold of one another I was refunded my money for the current tax year. It took a month or so.
