DON’T BANK AT WATERSTONE! They denied me a joint account with my husband just because there were too many (unauthorized) inquires on my ChexSystems report.
No negativity – never bounced a check. In fact, I never authorized any of these inquiries and will soon be taken off my report.
We had a lot of money sitting in our account – it’s a shame they don’t care about their customers!
They are rude and not willing to help resolve anything.
