I have been going to this dentist for around five years and recently left after spending thousands of dollars on dental treatment with them over this period of time. Very nice and fun dentists and very friendly staff.
However, Frank from the billing department is utterly rude. I had to reschedule an appointment for a crown approximately three times due to my busy schedule, however I always informed them on time. The final time I had to reschedule, Frank had the audacity to tell me that I need to pay in advance for my treatment before I come because I have rescheduled too many times. This was going to be approx. 2000 USD.
I was dumbfounded. He told me that the dentist, Dr Katseros asked for the advance payment. I demanded for Dr Katseros to call me back so we could talk about this. No-one had the decency to call me. I was completely insulted and demanded for my records and moved to another dentist. Simple as that.
Would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere. WCD needs to learn that their clientele are mostly professionals with busy schedules. Cancellations and rescheduling happen all that time. That’s part and parcel of running a business. They should never have insulted a long standing client like me that has been loyal to them for so many years. Not a good look.
