Worst Company Ever
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, ESPECIALLY SICK AND ELDER Worst Company Ever – Ronnie owner/agent has taken advantage of my family for 3 years in escrow.
We have handicap situations. Washington Capital Realty & Loan kept changing close of escrow dates.
They let their client, the buyer, completely reconstruct our property while we were still in it.
Our desks and chairs were pushed out into non sanitary, non workable areas of the property.
They are still holding onto a deposit. I have an inspector from the Bureau of Real Estate calling me back.
They threaten to not have me, the child of my parents, send messages deploying American facts on how business is done in Ca real estate.
They gave our Tenant without our permission 4 days to vacate the property out of nowhere.
Our tenant is upset.
Armenians, beware, this company, owner/agent Ronnie, and vice president Brad have been awful. Shot vat tseveen. Professional, chen.
