STOP!! Never do business with Wall & Associates. The initial interview is really nice, perhaps even patronizing.

But what is really happening is they are sizing you up like sharks circling before a kill.

They go over your entire financials to see what kind of liquid assets you have and then they determine how much your case will cost.

If you have $4200.00 in your accounts, you will need to pay them $4000.00 up front and then a monthly fee for as long as it takes to settle your case.

They will continue to suck up any extra monies you have left over after paying your bills for what they say could take 9 months to a year.

Then you will still have to pay the IRS a settlement amount on top of what you have paid Wall & Ass.

I disputed my case with them and after about 6 months, I was refunded about 25% of what I had paid for absolutely nothing.

Another perk from these people is that they say it is personalized service, but once they have a hook in you, your case gets farmed out to a servicing group back in Tennessee.

No more face to face meetings, no more personal anything. Save your money and deal directly with the IRS.

I did and found that I wasted nearly $3000.00 to Wall & Ass. for something that was easy to do myself.

The IRS will set up an easy and affordable plan to help get you out of your problems for less than it would cost you to fight them.

Huge thumbs-down to Wall and Ass. They are NOT tax attorneys either.

If you have a tax problem so big that you need and attorney, then you should retain a real attorney, not these parasites.
