Very Unprofessional
Had an appointment scheduled for today. The moment we arrived at the property, the owner saw us and said “you go next door.”
I asked, “Is this 1370 STE A?” He said, “Are you (my name)?” I said yes. Of course he said “You come back here.”
We had just sat when a woman came in. He told her something in his language.
Then he started to look at our paper work. He kept asking where was our property tax was.
We kept saying they are included in our mortgage. Then he gathered all our papers and handed them back to us saying, “I cannot do for you.”
We reopened the envelop showing him the info he was asking us. We even took last year’s tax to try to help him.
Once more, he gathered our papers and said, “You go back to your old tax person. I cannot do for you.”
Before we got up he said, “You come back tomorrow, I will do.” I think he double booked appointments, and since we were new to him, it was easy for him to throw us out. Very rude. Very unprofessional.
