University Women’s Specialty Cent...
Make An AppointmentFirst time University Women’s Specialty Center, didn’t meet Dr.Morgan.
I guess everything was okay. But the nurses or whatever they are do talk a lot.
40 minutes just to give me a date & time for my next appointment?! Really?! NO ONE TAKES THAT LONG.
I seriously wish I didn’t have to come or wait here that long.
Also too many kids playing or being loud in their little lobby.
I love kids, I work in education but there’s certain behavior they need at places like this.
I really wish I didn’t have to come back.
Then after the 40 minutes I decided to go and ask her because at this point I’m frustrated, & she can see it in my face and she helps me super fast!
I have certain times I have to eat & take my insulin. Thank you for taking forever !

Sorry, I like my Doctor, but realistically we deal with the office staff more,
I joined yelp just to rate these gals…the office staff needs some training. They are condescending and unhelpful. This is my personal private parts we are talking about, a little professionalism would be appreciated. It seems they are nice only to their friends who come in.
Forget about phone etiquette – they are too busy doing something else and need to get off the phone with you. Sorry, I like my Doctor, but realistically we deal with the office staff more,
