1. Unisource Financial Group work was late. Unisource Financial Group only notified me he’d be filing an extension hours before April 15.2. He never followed up to send the final tax return, I had to do that months later.3. His work was shoddy: a) he neglected to include income I had clearly documented and sent to him. b) he perpetrated a wrong address on the return that caused my IRS notices to go missing for months and caused me to be billed for fees, penalties, and interest.
4. When I contacted him this week about yet another unrecorded income source, his reply “why are you contacting me now?”I paid hundreds of dollars for him to do my taxes and I could have done them better if I did them in turbo tax.Sure he may seem nice and you got your taxes filed on time. Wait a year or two. Then he basically will be useless. You don’t need an accountant for this year, you need them to stand behind their work.
I very rarely do this on social. I try hard to work things out. But the disgraceful way he dealt with me was something I felt should be made public. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a disreputable person and a disreputable firm.
