John markis who was formerly known as John Maragoudakis, is an ex convict and have lied to many people and have scammed them. He uses his con name to scam people from all around the country and uses fake identity to accomplish his trick with Trusted Traditions(trustedtraditions.com). He has cheated people out of their property and has used fake papers for selling properties to others.
I would not ask for a reason, as you would have your understating on this. Why a person would use an alias name, if there is nothing to hide? If he was not guilty, why would he hide about the former conviction for a financial crime on his name? You would very well know the reason. Don’t you think that you should be cautious about the company while planning to consult them for any property matter.
There is no reason to contact him when given all these information at hand. He was once convicted for hiding money and assets of a person who filed for bankruptcy. The assets were close to $900,000. Is that ethical? If not, why should he be given the chance to prove himself again. This man is good for nothing. He has been convicted for many cases at various courts.
There is no way, he can be ready to change. If yes, I would still like to check other options. A convict can play his trick anytime. He would seem nice in the face, but would not consider your money to be important to you.
I have consulted various other people who have been scammed by this person and all have the same feedback for John. He will claim to be the nicest person and will behave that way, until you hand over your money to him. Then only, you would come to know about his real intentions.
