Very Bad Customer Service Skills

Triad Financial Services has a great loan program for people with derogatory credit history like us.

However, Mr. Tolbert did not explain further the loan processes upfront when we received our approval.

Instead, we were passed to his team members who also did not meet our expectations.

None of them were able to explain clearly what is to be expected.

We were given instructions that are not easily understood by people like us who doesn’t know anything about the processes in acquiring loan.

Me and my spouse were lost as we were not properly guided. Very bad customer service skills.

We think Mr. Tolbert is not competent enough in fulfilling his duties as a mortgage banker.

    Filled out the paperwork, told the rep I have bad credit. All the lenders and not one would finance my wife and I. Both have income, with a current mobile home we are going to sell, along with income tax around the corner. Its fine, at least they took a brief look before denying us.

  2. I am really surprised this company has someone like this as an employee.

    I would never recommend doing business with this company mainly because of one of the worst employees I have ever had to do business with AMANDA MOORE. She is so stuck on herself and title. I have never had such horrible service in my life.

    I even ask to speak to her manager and all she could say was she was the manager and she could take care of everything and hung up on me. You call this customer service, REALLY, she is the worst , I am really surprised this company has someone like this as an employee.

  3. I would like to make this a NEGATIVE star if I could.

    We were provided a pre-approved loan by this company in the mail. We then looked for and found a mobile home we liked and put money down on it. We then did not renew the lease for an apartment (price was to go up by 20%). One week later this company denied the “pre-approved” loan.

    Now we are potentially going to be homeless in a month in a city that is expensive and has a booming housing industry (sellers not buyer’s market). We have been screwed. I would like to make this a NEGATIVE star if I could.

  4. Don't come with in a million miles of this company unless you want your lives and your finances ruined

    They don’t even deserve a 1 star. I would say more like a negative 1 million stars. They are a corrupt company filled with white collar criminals. They are liars and cheats. They are trying to steal my house through an illegal repossession.

    They are accomplices in Fraud, prdataory lending, loan/lending fraud, wire fraud, forgery, illegal contracts and more. They are being sued for fraud and we will if it takes the rest of our lives and our last breaths to expose this company for their criminal activities. Don’t come with in a million miles of this company unless you want your lives and your finances ruined

  5. Shady! Beware!

    Shady! Beware! They charge high interest rates and change their policies without notification. After 2-3 years of solid payments I get locked out of my account over some policy change nobody told me about. Had to get transferred to 4 different departments to figure out what was going on.
