Absolutely horrendous. I told my broker Dave Bussison my requirements, among which a cat-friendly apartment was one, and he lied to me about the place I ultimately rented!

Because I immediately submitted a deposit on the apartment upon seeing it, he continued to tell me that I shouldn’t even mention the cat that would live with me, but that “they won’t even notice.”

When I voiced concerns upon learning that pets weren’t allowed without notice, he actively told me not to mention anything and that “it would be fine.” I foolishly trusted him.

Less than 2 weeks after moving in, maintenance came to visit my apartment and the landowner emailed me a “violation of lease” notice.

I had to find a temporary home for my cat and will have to find a new home now.

He just cost me more time and money than the one month’s rent I paid for his fee!

I’m demanding a refund and encouraging everyone not to use this brokerage.

They don’t care about their clients or the properties they list.
