If you like wasting your time and money Tommy Evans – loanDepot is the man for you.
From not knowing how to use the esign, asking for the same info over and over to not bothering looking up property taxes so our loan fell apart in the 11th hour.
He even told us we had a full approval on our loan and then the next day said that we were not approved for ANY loan amount.
We lost $800 and a month because he and loan depot are completely incompetent.
I now have a approval from another company.
