Tom Pfirrman – The Mortgage C...

The Lowest Choice Availabe

My mother-in-law lost $2600.00 to Tom Pfirrman – The Mortgage Consulting Firm.

After well over a year of excuses, changes in account reps. and nothing getting accomplished with her loan modification, her loan was sold to another lender.

She was told they would have to start the process all over again.

When she requested a refund, Mr Pfirrman pointed out that “there is no guarantee as to how long it would take” to get a loan modification.

In other words, if it takes him five years, you have no recourse.

Responses to phone calls and e-mails were almost non-existent and promises to keep her up-to-date were consistently broken.

I hated to give Mortgage Consulting even one star but unfortunately that was the lowest choice availabe.

  1. Home Loans Solution, did not reveal any problem.

Fraudulent mortgage modification help. I am now facing foreclosure because of all the lies he told. No answer on any of his phone numbers, so much for my money-back guarantee and his alleged “escrow account” that would hold my money until a modification was acquired.

Had a mortgage in good standing until I listened to this man. Unfortunately research of his company, Home Loans Solution, did not reveal any problem.
