Tokyo Ent

False Advertising and Missing Items

Basically, many people have ordered posters advertised as being large enough to be actually considered a poster. What all people have been receiving are printer papers 6″-12″ in size with the advertised poster art on it.

Next is the delivery time, tracking numbers and refunds. Basically, you get an email about 7 days after purchase saying “Your delivery failed to arrive” and when you go online to find out what happened you finally realise that the tracking number they gave you doesn’t actually exist or lead to anything.

To be noted as well, the products are CONSTANTLY on sales on the website so it encourages people to buy the items, well, in the Terms of Service it states that no refunds will be given for promotional items. This site tricks you into getting something, prevents refunds and at some point may decide to deliver your item.

  1. SCAM!

Sent Tracking # 3 months after I ordered and it’s not even real. Total scam. I need to research companies Before I order!

  2. Stolen credit card info

I bought off this site, no tracking details were brought through and then in the next few weeks a unauthorised payment of 48 dollars were taken out of my account.

  3. How is this even allowed???

This company said it would refund me and to expect a refund in a few days then I get a email saying my order has been shipped! Why would my order be shipped if I cancelled it 15 min after the purchase. I’m beyond pissed. what company has a no refund policy!?

  4. Fake tracking numbers, Won't respond to emails

Purchased an item and it never arrived. The tracking number I was sent was fake. Seller won’t respond to emails or honor refunds. Just avoid.

  5. Took months to arrive and was SO not worth it

I ordered one of their “free” Pokemon plushes (Which isn’t free at all but that’s the least of this company’s problems.) My order was initially placed in November. I received my item today (1/22), but only after multiple facebook messages and opening a PayPal dispute. After I initially contacted them they asked for the usual information (order number, date of purchase etc.) and said they would contact their courier. I waited a full week and received no response. I tried contacting them again and they didn’t respond. I then opened up a PayPal dispute. A few hours later I received a quick message “what did you order?” I responded, mentioning that they should’ve received that information from my order.

The plush I received would be unsellable in a dollar store. The stripes are printed patchily and misaligned. I could probably rub them off if I tried. The whole thing has that cheap Carnival material. The worst feature by far was the ball on the end of the tail which was attached with hot glue.

    STAY AWAY.

  6. Same problem as everyone else

The photo and size advertised the print was well made and could fit an entire wall. The tracking never worked and took 1 1/2 months to arrive. It arrived in a toilet paper roll size package and was about 1/6 the size of an average poster. The printing was very poor and smelled horrific. False advertising at it’s finest.

  7. Cheap prints.

Without frame of any kind, long delivery. Og i got a free print and just paid delivery. It still was a complete waste of money

  8. Total scam

I just received my order and it is nothing like what was advertised. They advertise a canvas painting at least a couple feet in width and length large enough to put up on a wall. What I received was extremely small paper/fabric type material about 4 inches by 6 inches. The pictures received are all rolled up in a tube and they are smaller then note book paper. This looks like it was made by a 3 year old. Whoever is running this scam should be put in jail for fraud! Thank god I used paypal.
