TipsPops.com advertised that they ship worldwide. Placed an order for $50. A few weeks later emailed their customer service and was told they do not ship to South Africa. Sent them numerous emails re refunding me. They told me it would take 30 days. Queried after 30days and was told the money would only show in my account after another 30 days. Asked for proof of payment. Just been ignoring my emails. No telephone number on their website. I am furious as they accepted my order and were paid within 10 minutes. False advertising!!!!
