Tiny Jewel Box
Tiny Jewel Box is Very disappointingWhat saves Tiny Jewel Box store is the fact that it carries Rolex watches, and is the only one in the area short of heading out to Tysons Corner. I also hear they will be expanding the watch selection shortly to carry a few more of the high-end lines.
I inquired about a Rolex Daytona and they asked if i was an existing customer. When i mentioned that I hadn’t purchased watches from them in the past they said there is nothing they could do to help me. Clearly I’m a second class citizen in the eyes of management there.
On my way out I took a look through the engagement ring selection and was asking about some of their pricing on diamonds/finished pieces. I was shocked at some of the prices quoted to me. I guess it’s the cost of doing business with high overhead so somewhat understand.
Tiny Jewel Box Bad Service.
This review is for custom design and repair shop — Alicia, Chloe and her clumsy crew. (The jewelry store staff on the main floor are gracious, knowledgable, honest and cool..)
BE WARNED: Our simple, two-week setting job turned into a seven-month nightmare due to snotty, sloppy, slow custom shop. Chipped stone, wrong size ring, forgotten inscription, scratched platinum. Cost us $$Ks, and a missed engagement date.
The technical errors were compounded by attitude, excuses, evasiveness, delays. If there were such a thing as a jewelry heartbreaker, then TJB custom is it.
Very disappointing
Went in to replace a watch battery on a Toy Watch and the watchmaker refused, saying he was concerned about breaking the watch without seeing the instruction manual. I guess they don’t have the internet and/or don’t want my money. Very disappointing
Incredible experience at TJB finding my fiancé's engagement ring
Incredible experience at TJB finding my fiancé’s engagement ring. We shopped around here and 2 other places and were blown away with Brian’s knowledge and customer service, as well as TJB’s great selection, that it was an easy decision to go with them! Thanks so much Brian!
