Wasn’t impressed. With the name “tax office” you’d think they were experts in their field. Don’t believe it!
I brought in a somewhat involved tax situation and they gave me back what I easily could do on my own in 20 mins.
When pressed with questions about my return and the tax code/laws in general they both gave me blank stares with I don’t know answers.
I honestly don’t think they have been trained or lack tax preparation experience.
Use extreme caution, I wouldn’t go here unless you have something simple that can be done with TurboTax or need your 1040EZ filled out for you.
