Very Negative Experience
Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with the Loan Source.
We waited patiently for over 3 months for our refinance process, as our broker (Monique) told us that “Refi’s are taking up to 3 months, so customer service is out the window”.
We went weeks at a time with no status updates, unanswered voicemails and emails, etc.
Only to find out over 3 months later (after sending a message to our broker telling her that we no longer needed her services and were using someone else) that the appraisal we originally paid $500 dollars for was no longer valid and we would need to start the process all over again.
It was very frustrating and we would never use this company again.
Zero customer service and no sense of urgency at all.
Granted, this was during the period when it was a little more difficult to secure loans, but in our view customer service never “goes out the window”.
Not when you are going to end up spending thousands of dollars in refi fees.
CEO is rude
The CEO said some really rude words via email to me. I will never supprt this scam
of a company. Very unprofessional without any updates regarding my application status. I will never recommend this scam
of a company to anyone.
