The Most Incompetent Human Being
Let’s just say that if there was a negative scoring option I would have surely used it.
The most incompetent human being that I have done business with.
You might ask why we did business with David if he is so incompetent? Initially he came off as very professional, knowledgeable and organized, all the things you would want in a loan officer but as soon as we said “yes” things changed.
For every mistake and shortcoming that he committed along the way he always had an excuse, either it was a personal family issue or it was someone else’s fault, the processor, the underwriters or the title company.
Long story short, please do yourself a favor and go a different direction if you are wanting someone to work for you and to have your best interest at heart.
He's a wonderful man and is always willing to help!
