The execution is pretty messy

Great concept but the execution is pretty messy with The Credit Pros. Let’s talk about the positive. I did have a medical collections issue removed from 2/3 major credit reporting agencies.

That’s good stuff. Also when you onboard they are very nice, detailed, and you would think you will be a top priority. And that’s where things fall apart a bit.

After becoming a member, getting a real live person on the phone or via chat is next to impossible. The go-to answer for them is always, “Give it more time”. Back office interface is largely a lot of information that doesn’t help you much.

It gets VERY tricky when you try to cancel. You will be ignored in chat when you mention canceling. I had to call three different numbers (after being disconnected twice before) to finally get a real person on the line to initiate the cancellation.

They stuck me for an additional monthly charge ($99) and I’ll be very interested to see if they try to charge me again the following month or not.

The cancellation process is pulling teeth and somehow I feel like I’m going to have to protest future charges with the bank.

While I’m no expert on these things, my assumption is that many people who are in a rough spot with a credit issue reach out to businesses like this looking for help.

The businesses make folks feel warm, fuzzy, and cared for to get the membership then it goes down hill.

Ironically enough, for what I paid for initial on boarding $200+ and $99 a month for over 6 months, I could have settled the debt in question without even dealing with these folks.

Great idea, could be a great service, but these folks are anything but “pros”.

  1. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

    Used service for over a year. Blanket disputes even on good credit along with patting themselves on the back for inquiry deletions that fell off after 2 years by themselves. I personally had items removed that they put as accomplishment in their favor.

    NOT LIKELY! Signed son up hoping to get his young credit in order and it went down. Week later and numerous hours on the phone and chat to contact billing and yet they billed it anyway. No return call, hung up on automated merry go round. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

    Besides getting deletions removed efficiently, The Credit Pros International goes way above and beyond for their customers. Credit restoration is just one small part of the entire procedure as they will also help you launch new credit as well.

    They have years of involvement with credit card companies and they can easily establish new credit trade lines and have them added to your credit reports.

    I’ve been using The Credit Pros for almost 3 months now and they are doing everything they said they would…I am very satisfied with how my score and the process is going so far. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their credit back on track!
