The Credit Agents

Not Honest

The Credit Agents are not honest, ask many questions and challenge them, they will reveal themselves.

They are used car salesmen disguissing themselves as honest credit repair, “the car belonged to an old lady and was stored in the garage and she only drove around the corner”.

Joe C and John C, they want to suggest they want to help, get pass the smugness and see them as salesmen.

Its business, RED FLAG, John C., when we discussed over the phone, he offered his sales pitch, per John, “Joe said because its you, Joe wants to offer this special price, we normally charge 349, but for you, he wants to offer 197 and 99 a month.

I visited the location to meet John a week earlier and viewed the website that night and noticed the pricing so I recognized the first lie, and that they were not as honest as Joe like to portray.

Second red flag, after meeting Joe months earlier, while searching my business needs online, I found Joe on Credit Suite as a representative and this was while I was personally working with a representative from Credit Suite.

I found it useful to question the acumen as its helps to figure out, liars and those who truly know their business.

TCA does not, they are trying to figure it out as they go and will take your money.

John appears new to this however will quickly suggest that TCA has been doing this for 12 years and do credit repair, credit coaching, debt settlement and other facets (John words) related to the credit industry.

Look for reliable credit repair, not bargain basement as they will treat as such with a smile on their face as they take your money. Hustlers all the way

  1. Not a good company

This company got 1 thing off in a year, When I tried to get them to continue my service because they didn’t do anything, they begin ignoring me. Always telling me someone will get back with you, but never did. I referred 2 other people and they did the same to them. Then they claim the people didn’t tell them I referred them, when I was sitting with when they called and told them who referred them. I asked for my money back since they didn’t help me, they told me no they did 1 thing. They get you by telling you they are different because they only do a 1 time charge. Which is a lie. They are a scam don’t fall for it.

  2. The Credit Agents didn’t do what they said

The Credit Agents started out fine. They removed a couple of items from my report which was cool. I signed another contract with them and they did not fulfill their obligation with me. John or whoever the guy is in their advertisement that talks big game advised the lady that was helping me to remove me
from the list. In the meantime I’m paying for this credit monitoring and no one is communicating with me. I guess they felt like there was nothing else they could do. That’s fine but at least give me an explanation. I guess they felt like I could do something about it since I signed another contract with them but to be blatantly ignored after signing it is unprofessional. So I don’t recommend this company. It’s a scam. They ask you to post reviews to give you a couple of free items removed and that’s why they are listed at a 4.8 on Google.

  3. Never Again

I was referred to them by an agent due to some credit issues that we have on our credit, the lady we have been speaking with was great and when it come time to get the process started we had to put if off due to a circumstance that was out of control,

well needless to say as of yesterday I was doing some banking as saw 2 charges for $19.99 each for Idenityiq { which is a company they use to pull credit reports}, Not giving this company permission to run my card nor was I under the impression we had an account with them, so now I’m fighting with my bank to get the funds replaced

    1. The Credit Agents are very deceptive...

They are truly scammers, they will lie about items being removed from your credit report. Charged me a fee of 300 dollars stating that the item was removed from all 3 Bureaus. However, after reviewing my report the item was still on my report. I reached out to TCA and they tell me it was removed that is collection??? Well what did I just pay 300 dollars for. Not just that item several other items that they said was removed or still on my report. I am in the process of taking them to court. Please, just be aware of this Fraudulent Company. They don’t like to talk to you on the phone, they only want to text you.

  4. Never Again

They keep calling saying I owe a balance when I have never signed up with them or spoken to them, for that matter. I have also received a letter saying if my debt isn’t paid it’s going to be sent to collections. I don’t know how they received my phone number or address but if they try to take any further action I will be reporting them.
