DO NOT buy an home from The Barba Group – RE/MAX Dynasty. My family and I purchased a home from this agent in lastyear.

Even though the house did not appraise, we agreed to pay $20k over the appraised value due to the antique feel of the property and the fact that we love the home.

After our the offer was accepted, repairs negotiated AND The final walk through completed – the listing agent and the owner of the home worked together to remove an ATTACHED antique stove that was in bolted into the bonus space without notification or permission.

We were shocked, on the day we moved in, to find not only the stove missing, but also a giant hole in the roof where the vent pipe had been.

Upon the discovery of the missing stove and a gaping hole in the roof we contacted this listing agent.

To our amazement she said it was excluded (even though it clearly was not excluded in the contract) and said to go ahead at sue the seller if we really wanted it back.

She even refused to work with us and/or the seller to repair the hole in the roof.

Clearly an unethical agent willing to do anything, at the expense of the buyer, to satisfy her sellers. Steer clear of her listings
