Data entry Scam

They put an ad up for work from home. You answer the ad and the person that you are texting has you register on google hangouts. Then a “company” called teradata contacts you and explains the company, explains that you will be paid $10 an hour for training, then $15 an hour once training is done. Then they get your info, asks for a picture of your I.D.

Then after all this, says we are shipping you a laptop, we need a $100 I tunes card to download software which will be refunded with your first check. After they get this, they give you a tracking number and a site to a shipping company where you put the tracking number in. When you do this, it bring up your shipment but says we need $200 dollars more in i tunes cards in $100 increments for fast shipping.

    Scam scam read all reviews, posted on Facebook asked for all personal information. Drivers license and approved me for the job with out seeing a resume

  2. They contacted me even showing a pictured ID after I refused to share my facebook password .Please be aware of these people .
