Team NuVision

Team NuVision is full of crap and lies

My husband and I was looking to purchase a house. So, we were checking online for the website and the realtors who could help us find the house that we wanted to buy. When checking online, we came across Team NuVision’s website. They had few great listings and we liked few options. So, we called them right away.

These guys told us that they would be sending someone to our place or to a place or our choice for showing some presentation. We told them to arrange the meeting in one of the houses that we liked on their website. We wanted to check that house at the earliest. The meeting was arranged after a week. We did not understand why they took so much of time.

After a week, when we reached at that house, we found it very amazing. We knew that if the budget falls in place or even if we had to make some extra arrangements, we would do for that house. So, the guy started the presentation. However, we did not find anything for us in the presentation. He was only flaunting about the company and what the company can do for us.

I knew that the services they offered were listed on the website and we told the guy and he did not need to tell us about those things. We asked for the price of the house. He said that these things would be discussed later when we would pay the service fee. We were shocked as no realtors ask for service fee.

When we asked what was their service fee, he told us it was $899. That was the time when we felt something was wrong. The presentation also did not talk about any VIP program or buyer VIP program or even any guaranteed program. This was the time when we started thinking that we had put ourselves into some kind of trouble after contacting this company.

We are not foolish. We have talked to many realtors in past and know how these things work. The first house that we purchased was also done through a realtor and he was nice. However, this guy was fishy and he was not sure about many things that he was talking about or the questions that we asked from him.

After he told us about the service fee, we told him to wait for two days until we discuss and think what we want. We came back home and googled this company. We found out that Rudy Kusuma was the owner of this company which is based in Rosemead California. There were many scams logged in against him online. We also found out that the house that we checked was not even registered with these guys.

The research that we did on the company and Rudy made it clear that the company was fraud. It only takes service fee and then forgets about its customers. I also checked many complaints that said this guy took advance money for the house and never replied. He can even forget who you are after taking your money. Never ever do any business with him. He is a cheater and a scammer.
