TCB Pay made my business fall apart

I am a business owner and has been using a different payment solution provider from a long time. However, one day someone called me from TCB Play and offered me better deal. I was foolish to not understand what that phone meant for. It was meant for cheating me and making me leave my payment solution provide whose solutions have been very easy to use without any trouble.

When I changed this payment solution provider and chose for an entire integration of the payment solution for my company, I did not know that the better deal was all lies. These guys have hidden costs and payment fees. Moreover, their service is slow and a lot of times, we had trouble completing the payments.

Most of the times, the payments would stop in between. The money was deducted from one end but never reached us. This problem made it worse to work with TCB Pay and we decided to escalate the issue to Ben who is the owner of this company. He seemed to busy to interact and asked his employee to sort the problem out.

We tried fixing it the easy way. We escalated all the problems that had been happening and every time we demanded a solution, he would say that the company was already processing through the problems and will come up with a solution sooner.

This happened for a month and we never found any solution. I called him and demanded a meeting with Ben. This took another week for them to schedule. After we had the chance to talk to Ben, our expectations even degraded. This guy has no sense of responsibility. He seemed to be cool about things that were bothering us. He said that these problems are common with payment solutions.

I do understand that there are times when you experience such problems, however, this often. It’s a sign of scam. This company is cheating every business owner and making fool out of them. We had trouble with every service they provided. This is an example to start with. Our fee payments were not recorded on time and we were asked to pay twice for interrupted services. They promised refunds later which happened after long followups.

All these experiences made us mad and we demanded to close the deal. They tried to negotiate further but we had the worst experience and wasn’t ready to continue getting scammed any longer. We have paid more than what they promised would be the charges. Even twice for many months. Few refunds are still awaited.

If you are not up for face these frustrating challenges, you must stay away from these guys. This company is a complete flop show. You will only meet people working here with no respect for their customers. They will treat you like you mean nothing and your problems have no respect either.

You are supposed to follow their time for meetings which they take ages to schedule. These guys are incompetent and have no values.
