Taylor Tax Services

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I had a very bad experience with Taylor Tax Services. I learn my lesson that everything that has a beautiful smile doesn’t have a beautiful soul.

She was very boogie n ghetto. When facing a problem She is not understanding & has no real respect towards others.

She is all about getting your money. But I’m happy to say god has sent me a angel.

No harsh feelings I just wouldn’t want no one to get in to what I had to go through!

  1. Nothing but honesty and integrity here.

Nothing but honesty and integrity here. Refuses to lie and cheat the system just to appease those trying get some free money that they aren’t suppose to be getting.

Have done my taxes with Beverly for 15 years and never had an issue. She is quick, knowledgable and honest. Always willing to educate us on the best decisions, for present and future planning. Would recommend Taylor Tax Service any day of the week.

  2. I used Beverly's tax preparation services for many years.

To my own detriment, I used Beverly’s tax preparation services for many years. She is very temperamental and this often shows in unpleasant ways. She gets very defensive when probed about her recommendations. Once she even yelled at me “you are so rude!” just for trying to understand her method of estimating quarterly self-employment tax payments. She also is not very proficient with email, either responding cryptically to questions or not responding at all.

She can be extremely unresponsive, sometimes disappearing for weeks on end and not returning phone calls or emails. As for accuracy, she makes many false recommendations, errors, and omissions. Last year, her negligence to file a tax form on time cost me an arm and a leg in penalties. Worst of all, she never took the responsibility for the error. She just stopped responding to my emails about it.
