Earlier in the tax season I had reached out to Jim based on a referral from my Insurance Agent who shared an office space with Jim.
I decided to give him a try and our first meeting to describe what I needed as a new client was great and Jim was happy to get me on board as a new client.
However, now that tax time is near I had scheduled an appointment where he did nothing but complain about how busy he was and how I was not the type of client he was looking for and how he would not be able to help me.
I would recommend to anyone seeking a tax advisor to steer clear of this organization.
