Sun-Kap Enterprises gives terrible service to clients, especially David. I have twice requested a corrected income statement due to a hiccup with my W-2.
It’s now been a pending issue for four months, and he has yet to produce the document.
Yes, four months have passed, and still nothing, haven’t received a phone call, nor an email, nothing. No acknowledgement whatsoever.
Fast forward to July 16th, I emailed David again, requesting said document, and still nothing.
He hasn’t called, nor acknowledged my email. Terrible, terrible customer service.
Do yourself a big favor, go elsewhere.
