Suburban Relocation Systems

Seriously not one thing arrived in good condition. What a joke.

When it comes to moving across the country, the vendors you use is a SERIOUS matter and the moving company is usually the bulk of your expenses. I moved from Dallas to Albuquerque and it was a fairly quick turnaround for me ( 30 days to complete the move). I was inundated with quotes from long distance movers and felt overwhelmed. However, I was able to narrow it down to 4 or 5 and eventually went with Suburban due to the high Dirty Scam ratings and surprisingly low cost. I organized my move with the utmost efficiency and, for some reason, I feared that dealing with these “vendors” would be my ultimate undoing. And I was right. I’ll get to the point: The contract says either 3-14 business days for delivery or 3-21 business days depending on location/miles/distance. Prior to booking, I asked about when the items could be delivered and they told me they could not give me an exact date and that they had to tell me 3-14 days due to the DOT regulations. I asked if I could really expect that long (like 14 days) for such a short distance and was told that it was not likely and more like a “worst case scenario” timeline. Dallas to Albuquerque is only about 620 miles +/- so why would I think my situation would fall into the worst case? Surprise! It did! When my items were picked up, I suppose that I was in “fairy tale land” because I believed that my items were being loaded onto a truck and then they would be hitting the road westward to ABQ and it would be a matter of days. Wrong. The contract does state it could take up to 14 business days but doesn’t delve into the logistics of what happens once your items leave your home. The contract does not state that your items are picked up from your house and then placed in storage and may or may not even leave the storage for a few weeks. They said you could elect to have your items stored for up to 30 days but I did not elect or ask for any storage nor was I under the impression that my items were going to be stored in any way, shape, form or fashion – least of all for 2 weeks! Long story short, I’ve been in Albuquerque for several weeks without furniture or even so much as 1 pot or pan. I moved here alone with 2 full suitcases( thankfully I had the foresight to pack as many clothes as I could into my checked luggage on the plane) and my car ( my car was shipped fast by another company thank God and I had packed some items in my car as well) and I have been in an empty apartment trying to make the best of it. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on temporary items, an air mattress, a lamp, clothes, bath items, etc etc. You name it, I’ve had to buy it to hold myself over until this moving van arrives ( if it even still is out there!). The main issue here is the total lack of communication with the dispatch and customer service. Could I not have been told during that 2 weeks ( in which I was calling them desperately every other day) that my items HAD NOT LEFT DALLAS? Most importantly, I’ve been a prisoner to the moving company given that they could never say where the items were, where the trucks were or provide me any valuable information about the delivery. I am at their mercy. Without ever having been informed that my items weren’t really even on the way, I was under the false impression that the items could come at any time, so I was a ball of anxiety and stress on a daily basis. Every day I was waiting by my phone hoping that it was going to be this mystical “24 hour notice of delivery” call. I moved to ABQ for a new job and actually had to decline from attending an important out of town training because I was “waiting” for the movers to arrive and I was afraid that if I left out of town, then sure enough they would show up right then! ( my luck being as it is). All the while I was in ABQ waiting day to day, my items had not even left Dallas and as of this review, I am not even sure where my items are at. I was told my delivery would come today. It did not. Now I am being told it will be tomorrow. Notice a trend? Exactly.

  1. Suburban Relocation Systems Is Scam.

However,

All the while I was in ABQ waiting day to day, my items had not even left Dallas and as of this review, I am not even sure where my items are at. I was told my delivery would come today. It did not. Now I am being told it will be tomorrow. Notice a trend? Exactly. Please do not be swayed by the positive reviews, because I was and look what has happened to me.

As I type this review, I am sitting on an air mattress with no furniture, no TV, no personal belongings and NO sign of the moving company’s arrival. Just remember that when you are making your choice. Do you want your items to arrive timely or do you want to eat on the floor by candlelight for a few weeks and live out of a suitcase? Just something to think about.

  2. If I could give suburban 0 stars I would.

If I could give suburban 0 stars I would. I was given false information misled multiple times. I was told that my delivery would be 4-14 days and paid them over 1k to have my stuff delivered. It ended up taking 22 BUSINESS days which was over a month. No apology. I called and left them a message while waiting for my stuff to be delivered.

The answering machine stated they would return the call in a day. They did not return my call. I called again. No return call. Much of this time I spent worried that my stuff had been lost. There was no way to track anything. I asked multiple times where my stuff was, and they did not answer me. The communication was so poor.

  3. please stay away from this moving company.

please stay away from this moving company. Relocated from Dallas to Atlanta. Their price changed significantly from their initial estimate, shipment was significantly delayed with no updates from the company. The furniture arrived damaged and the company takes no accountability of it. To top it all they offer a meagre claim for damages and have taken no heed of our concerns.

Claims departments does not talk to suburban service and they will keep sending you across each other. All my living room furniture is damaged with missing pieces and they take no effort to look and help. Customer service asks u to talk to the driver, driver says claims Dept and the claims department says that they only follow procedures. Complete No..No..

  4. This company moved my aunt to another place.

This company moved my aunt to another place. Not on time. Rude office employees. I was wondering if I was the only one. Then I browse though all the bad reviews. You will notice most say the same thing How late they are. Some items destroy, etc Please read the reviews before hiring this company

  5. Moving with this company was incredibly pleasant

Moving with this company was incredibly pleasant, I moved from Baltimore to Laurel I found this company online and the guy I spoke to on the phone Chris was very accurate and helpful so right away I felt good about it and then when the movers showed up it was exactly like he described it they were so fast and wrapped everything with blankets and were very carful with my stuff I moved before but this time was so easy. Thanks again Chris.

  6. The company not very professional.

I am surprise this company got good reviews. I took off work a day because I made plans to move. The company call me on my moving day to tell me the truck broke down. They wouldn’t arrange for another truck to come. Other than saying I am sorry. Wasn’t no help.

I had no choice but to wait the next day. The movers done something where it cause the elevator doors in the building not to work.
The company didn’t offer to repair the elevator. As far as the movers they are nice men and hard workers. The company not very professional.

  7. A Craftsman tool box/ large one was dented badly.

The move started out just fine. The packing up at my house was well done. Somewhere between the East Coast and 2500 miles later, most of furniture has arrived. Many things are missing, I hate to think the employees stole them-lamps and tools. What did get delivered was mostly damaged- a chunk of wood out of a custom made sofa, probably happened when they put a hole in my wall.

A Craftsman tool box/ large one was dented badly. My dining room table with a huge gash out of the table top. I still have many boxes to unload, I hope tomorrow is free of disappointments! My advice stay away from this company for a large, cross country move with many fine wood pieces!

  8. I wouldn't recommend Suburban Relocations for any kind of Move.

My Wife hired Suburban to relocate to Madison, AL. Well the first house she purchased fell through, we cancelled the delivery. 5 days later I got call the Movers were in Madison, AL ready to deliver her Household Goods. Suburban did not have the Common Courtesy in contacting the Driver and tell them to return to Maryland.

They now want to charge us almost another $1000 for redelivery. We have email & left voice messages to both Ann Miller & other representatives of Suburban and they have failed to respond back. There Customer Service SUCKS and my Wife has contacted the BBB to complain about this Company. I wouldn’t recommend Suburban Relocations for any kind of Move.

  9. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Scheduled to show up on a Saturday at 8:00am. Called late that day and said the truck broke down and were not coming. The next day the movers showed up. I asked about the broken truck and they said the truck did not break down. The job before mine was just bigger than they planned so they bumped me.

Charged me 3 times what the phone quote was. And since the move was late and I had to get out before the weekend finished, I had no choice but to pay it.

  10. we have had NOTHING but trouble from this company.

PLEASE read before you book! we have had NOTHING but trouble from this company. First, they did not come to look at our items, they just quoted from a conversation on the phone. Then, after they show up and load all of our processions in their moving truck,

they charge us $1000 MORE than the quote! At this point, we are literally driving across the country in a few hours and have nothing else we can do with our furniture and things that are already packed in their truck.

Then, when the driver that delivers our stuff arrives, he doesn’t even work for the company, he is just a guy in a truck that contracts work from them. All of our stuff is in a big trailer. They very sloppily move the items in our new house, scratching the original refinished hardwood floors, getting the walls dirty, and chipping off paint on several corners.

  11. it is entirely unacceptable.

I was out of town when the movers came, so my girlfriend had to supervise. They load everything on the truck, and then tell her that the total price just went up by $300. When we look into it, it’s because an update to the manifest was never properly changed, so I call the salesman I dealt with and even spoke to his supervisor, and they told us that they’d look into, and give us an answer in a day.

This was *while my girlfriend was waiting around with two male movers who had all of our stuff sitting on a truck*, after she got up at 6 a.m. only for them to show up an hour late (10 a.m., when they said 7-9 a.m.), so she just paid them their ransom and left. I get that companies make mistakes, but if this is how they rectify such issues, it is entirely unacceptable.

  12. Don't waste your time and money on this company they're the worst

I will definitely not be using this company again. in the beginning they were friendly and helpful. but once they pick up my stuff and half my payment that was over. the person who was in charge of helping me stopped answering my calls and emails.

  13. Very poor business etiquette.

My family scheduled them to move us recently but we scheduled far in advance. On the day of the move they did not show up and did not call my father or anything. Ignored all the calls he made as well. Very poor business etiquette.

  14. WORST moving company ever!

WORST moving company ever! They loaded my entire load onto their truck and THEN told me it would be another $2000 because of the box sizes and number of boxes. Then to top it off when I got to my new home in San Diego they kept a teak patio table on the truck, confirmed they had it, and are now claiming it “lost” so they don’t have to pay a replacement fee. There is no legal department and barely any supervisors so I can’t seem to get more than $400 for a $3000 table. TERRIBLE!

  15. Used them again now for sister and even better then the first time

Used them again now for sister and even better then the first time, I actually requested the same crew to come and do the job I called jack directly, and again of course he was very helpful and I gotta say they are so nice over there they pay attached to every thing you say and really want you to feel good I have never really seen this kind of treatment before,

anyway so Tito came again at my request did an amazing job nothing was damaged it went fast, he is like one of the strongest people I have seen also fixed my sink lol but that was not in the price that was for free. Thanks again

  16. I definitely recommend this company to others!

This moving company did a great job with our move from MD to FL. I had a great experience with sales, customer service and the moving crews. They were prompt and professional. They took great care of our items and wrapped everything properly so nothing was damaged. W

e didn’t have to lift a finger. We used the 30 days free storage which was extremely convenient. I was also told the delivery window would be 4-14 days from my earliest possible date requested but was so happy when they ended up delivering on my exact date requested! I definitely recommend this company to others!

  17. THEY RUINED 100's OF DOLLARS WORTH A PAIR OF SHOES! I was mortified.

I wish I’d read these reviews first before booking them. I moved from Baltimore to Charleston, SC at the end of July. I’m missing a box and the mover repacked/redistributed my things without my permission. I opened one of my boxes only to find that they placed my expensive shoes inside the box of spices, sugar, and oils – marked FRAGILE. THEY RUINED 100’s OF DOLLARS WORTH A PAIR OF SHOES! I was mortified.

  18. no one should face the same proble.

When it comes to moving across the country, the vendors you use is a SERIOUS matter and the moving company is usually the bulk of your expenses. I moved from New Jersey to Phoenix and it was a badly quick turnaround for me ( 30 days to complete the move).

They don’t want to bring out mattresses upstairs because “they’re too big” to fit up the stairs. Of course they fit, people have to have beds upstairs. They want to leave all of the packaging and trash all over my driveway instead of cleaning up their mess, but thankfully because my husband put his foot down, they ended up taking the trash.

  26. EXCELLENT MOVING COMPANY

I have moved many times throughout the United States in the last ten years. I am very particular about the company that I select to move my goods as my inventory requires special packing and crating because of antiques and winter white furniture. I researched many movers before I chose them. I was very pleased with the entire move except for a a corner that was torn on the box holding my dishes. However, no items were damaged. All of my furniture was disassembled and reassembled per the agreement. I would use them again.I would definitely recommend their services to anyone that is looking for professional services. Their packing was absolutely the best I have seen. They will put everything in writing for you. They will honor their contract with you. So, kudos to them.

  27. I do not hire them again and DO NOT recommend them. Totally UNHAPPY

We recently moved from Denver to Texas. The Sales Rep almost called everyday before the move. Once we signed the contract, they whole scene changed. There was no response. When they delivered the items some of the items such as marble tables, stationary cycle were broken.

The clothes dryer fell down while unloading. They sent 3 guys to pack, but sent just the driver and a slim guy to unload. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE AND SERVICE. I do not hire them again and DO NOT recommend them. Totally UNHAPPY

  28. All of my items were fine with little to no wear on them except my paintings...

For the record, my move was actually quite smooth, the real problems occurred when most everything was done. All of my items were fine with little to no wear on them except my paintings…

My paintings somehow had been ripped length-wise across them to the point where they are absolutely ruined. These were fairly expensive paintings, so when I keep calling to work something out with the company, they are not responsive whatsoever.

  29. Definitely book your move with Suburban Relocation.

I am extremely glad that I chose Suburban Relocation and would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family. They made my move quick and completely painless. The crew was professional, hard-working, and they handled my belongings with care. Great customer service, great online booking & inventory, excellent communication, best price in town. Definitely book your move with Suburban Relocation.

  30. overall a very good experience..

They are honest and take good care of move. overall a very good experience..

  31. I am always told he is not in the office and never get a call back.

These forms are VERY time consuming to do each time, and they changed the form from the first time I submitted it so I had to completely redo the forms and attach copies and pictures of everything I had.

I have left messages and attempted to call the manager in Colorado many times. I am always told he is not in the office and never get a call back.

  32. Never Again

The initial warehouse cross-referenced it with checkmarks when it was put in the warehouse, but the driver and additional check when leaving warehouse were not completed. This is a possible cause for our lost box, which they NEVER found.

Finally, after calling for weeks to see if they found our box or the owners of the box we have, we were told that the only thing we could do was file a claim, which I did. A customer service rep promised to follow up, but I never heard from her.

  33. Bad Service Provide

You name it, I’ve had to buy it to hold myself over until this moving van arrives ( if it even still is out there!). The main issue here is the total lack of communication with the dispatch and customer service. Could I not have been told during that 2 weeks ( in which I was calling them desperately every other day) that my items HAD NOT LEFT NEW JERSEY?

Most importantly, I’ve been a prisoner to the moving company given that they could never say where the items were, where the trucks were or provide me any valuable information about the delivery.

  34. Don't believe their quote

No one from the company will call me back and I’ve tried to leave 4 messages over the past week (the voicemail says they will return the call within 24 hours.) No returned calls.

Finally, today, a month after we have moved, I decided to call and listen to the employee directory until I get ahold of someone in their office. She couldn’t have been more rude. She said they have been very busy, June and July are their biggest months.

Then, she very flippantly proceeded to tell me that most likely they won’t find my box because they deal with millions of people. She also didn’t care that I have someone else’s art, multiple large canvases. Obviously this person wants it back, but I have no idea how to get it to them. And the company doesn’t care, about either of us or either of our boxes.

  35. the WORST

the WORST part is that before we have unpacked or able to count any of the boxes, the driver insists on leaving and says “you have to file a claim if something is missing, I’m just the driver.”

Well, it turns out that we have one large box of art canvases that do not belong to us and we are missing another box. After originally calling them to let them know we need to return a box and get our box back, they refuse to take my call or answer. I always get a “he’s not in the office now.”

  36. Easiest relocation ever

The men from Suburban relocation systems blew me away when they conducted my move. The crew was so efficient that they finished a job in 3 hours that would have taken me 2 weeks. They arrived on time and inspected everything first. Then they packed up everything very fast. They carried huge pieces of furniture quite effortlessly. I was really surprised seeing how skilled and strong these men were. They were priced very reasonably. It was the easiest possible relocation.

  37. The movers had a lot of experience

We hired Suburban relocation systems to handle our move last month. I have known this company for a long time. My family has frequently used their services. As far as I know, they take the business very seriously. They do exactly what they promise you and they do not overcharge. My movers were capable enough and they took very good care of my belongings. They packed everything meticulously and then loaded them onto the van. They made the delivery on time and everything was in great condition. They always hire the most experience movers and that’s why they do such a fine job every time.

  38. We thought we picked a good moving company but was TOTALLY WRONG.

Our experience working with Suburban was horrible. What we were expecting was far off from what really happened and it really put a damper on our move.

We relocated from Maryland to Miami in July . We did ample research and checked out several companies. We picked Suburban based on our conversation with Sharon, some reviews, and what was told what would be done.

We coordinated a move to have our furniture shipped as well as cars. I will say our experience with uship.com and Initial Logistics was amazing. We thought we picked a good moving company but was TOTALLY WRONG.

  39. Wrong Company

The movers arrive on a Wednesday so we were told they should arrive by the following Wednesday. We arrive to Miami on Monday with the expectation our items would come in Wednesday, Friday at the latest. We hear from Suburban and they inform that our items were still in Maryland and we would not receive them until the following week.

In addition, we informed them we were moving into a high rise condo and had to coordinate the date to schedule the elevator. We requested the move be on the following Wednesday because that was the earliest date we could schedule the elevator next. Suburban sends us a message back stating the only date they could deliver the items was on MONDAY and if we did not get them that day,

it could be 2-weeks before we received our items. Since we could not afford to wait for another 2-weeks (keep in mind we were not confident we would get the items then), we had Suburban deliver the items to a storage unit in Miami. Because of that, we had to pay for the storage space and hire a new moving company.

  40. I am not satisfied at all!!

Keep in mind that Suburban stated they would deliver items in 7-10 days and then store them for up to 30-days in the event of a delay. We were misinformed, misquoted, and when issues came up, we don’t believe Suburban handled it correctly and with professionalism.

Keep in mind after we got the items in the new house, it was discovered that a very expensive watch was stolen from my possession. When I contact Suburban about the issue, they mentioned they were not liable and could not do anything.

I am not one to typically do a review or one to give anyone negative feedback. But moving across the state is already a stressful endeavor and I want to caution anyone before using this company. Suburban over promised and under delivered big time. Hopefully they read this and get their act together.

  41. Sensational moving company

I still can’t wrap my head around the price I paid for the amazing services Suburban relocation systems provided me. They were so professional at every point of this move. The movers showed up on time, they packed everything very efficiently and the loading process went very smoothly. On top of that, the delivery was made on time and my belongings made it safely. The final bill was handed to me and it was much lower than their quote. I was just blown away.

  42. I’m so thankful

I know I wasn’t moving too far away. But the stress of it all just got to me. I decided that I just couldn’t deal with the stress and hired Suburban relocation systems to do the job. Their movers were top notch. They arrived on time, packed everything like clockwork and loaded my belongings onto two vans. The whole thing took just 3 hours. I couldn’t believe it! They delivered everything just after a couple of hours to my new house and everything traveled quite well. It was a really easy move and these guys are really good at it. I highly recommend everyone to hire them.

  43. Don't waste your time.

I am at their mercy. Without ever having been informed that my items weren’t really even on the way, I was under the false impression that the items could come at any time, so I was a ball of anxiety and stress on a daily basis.

  44. I would say DO NOT go there! Whole experience is a run around!

Finally i have received my packages with the damaged. All of my items have been broken. they did’t inform me that they were giving me an basic insurance. later on they were informing me you have taken the basic insurance and it won’t cover all of these items. out of 1200$ they were providing me only 60$ what the HELL.

  45. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

Suburban Relocation handled my move to a new home. Outstanding service. Guys were on time and worked quickly. Our moving crew was the best movers we have ever worked with. They wrapped my furniture very well and treated my property with care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

  46. Hiring them was a great idea

I had my heart set on another company but after my brother insisted, I went with Suburban relocation systems. Their quote was slightly higher than the other company. But I soon understood why they charge higher. Their movers are all very experienced and capable men. The crew I had consisted of four men all with at least 5 years of experience. They packed everything immaculately and took no time in loading the van. They delivered on time. All my belongings were in fantastic shape. I don’t know what would happened if I didn’t hire them.

  47. She couldn't have been more rude.

  48. They are the best!

Suburban Relocation was the best moving company I’ve been with. I moved many times, and no other moving company moved things more swiftly and with efficiency than them.

They folded and tied everything. They compartmentalized the inside of the truck with a belt suspender. I highly recommend them. I am also returning to them for my next move. They are the best!

  49. I know I can rely on this company

There are so many moving companies in operation now. Very few of them are actually reliable. One of those very few companies is Suburban relocation systems. I have hired them on two different moves and my sister had also hired their services before. Frankly, they have never disappointed us. For my last move, I was moving across America. I called them for a quote as usual. I asked for the crew who I had worked with before. Unfortunately, that particular crew wasn’t vacant for the time slot I wanted. So they sent me another crew. Fortunately, this crew was just as good as the other one, if not better. They worked very efficiently and made me think that all their movers are really that efficient. The reliability factor of this company is off the roof!

  50. Best by far

I have moved 10 times within the last 15 years and Suburban relocation systems has been by far the best moving company. They showed up with five guys both for packing and unpacking; move went faster and smoother than we expected. They were very helpful and they catered to all our needs. All our valuables were delivered on due time without any damaged caused to them. We paid the least amount of money for this move!

  51. Don’t waste your money

Please don’t fall for the moving companies who quote ridiculously cheap numbers! I think it’s better to hire a company that knows how to do the job properly; even if that costs you a little more. I hired Suburban relocation systems to handle my move because of their reputation. They are definitely not the cheapest moving company, but they charge very fairly. They really didn’t disappoint me. Their men were very efficient- from packing to loading! I was very glad to receive the delivery of all my belongings in perfect condition on the scheduled date. I really couldn’t have asked more. I think those few extra dollars really added value to this service.

  52. Happy to recommend

Suburban relocation systems handled my move last week. The fact that I’m here pretty much proves that I was very pleased. These guys are amazing. I have hardly seen such hard workers before. All three movers were very creative with the packing process and very efficient throughout the loading process. I wasn’t fully convinced of their efficiency till all my stuffs were delivered in perfect condition. I got lucky with this company and I’m happily writing a recommendation for them.

  53. I just love them

It was the first relocation of my life and I was very worried to say the least. But suburban relocation systems made this move look so easy. They were referred by my brother who moved last year. The man on the phone gave me a very reasonable quote. He sent over 4 movers who all arrived on time. I was very pleased to see at them work. They packed everything carefully and creatively. They didn’t run out of bubble wraps or boxes. They were very skilled at carrying heavy things too. I was thoroughly impressed by the strength and organization displayed by these men. My stuffs turned up right on time and in great condition. I have a lot of respect for this company.

  54. They are the best

I have a lot of experience with relocating. But most moving companies are just not worth it. I must say, most of these movers who do such rigorous marketing campaigns seem very new at this job and their men are not that well trained. But my experience shows that Suburban relocation systems is very different from the rest. This company has been in business for long enough to know how to get a moving job done. They maintain their timings and always make sure that the delivery is perfect. They are truly seasoned movers.

  55. I have faith in them

I’m no stranger to the awesome services Suburban relocation systems provide. I have hired them for my last 6 moves and they never disappointed. They were very efficient every time. The movers are extremely punctual, both during arrival and delivery. It’s always a treat seeing these men at work because they make it seem so easy. They boxed up my stuffs very carefully and then loaded them onto the vans. My furniture was carried with caution so they don’t end up damaging the floors or walls. I can’t even imagine hiring other moving companies.

  56. It doesn’t get any better

I have seen a lot of movers but none of them are as good as the movers from Suburban relocation systems. They were helping me move last month. I had a lot of valuables and honestly I didn’t pack anything before they arrived. They took on the job and started packing everything. They are not a fancy company but their services sure seemed top notch. The men were very friendly and helpful. They were also very professional and organized. I have relocated 4 times before and every time there were issues with the movers. But these guys were just amazing. I will definitely hire them again.

  57. We switched moving companies at the last minute because the other company suddenly decided to submit a whole new quote. I called up Suburban relocation systems immediately and hired them instead. It really was a god decision given how well the movers worked during this move. They carefully moved everything I own. The cost was very fair as well. I should have just hired them from the get go.

  58. I’m satisfied

I can’t even begin to explain how easy our last move was. It was handled by Suburban relocation systems so perfectly. They were on top of everything the whole time. Since the moment I hired them, for their low quote obviously, they have kept me in loop through emails. The movers didn’t delay anything on the moving day. They had to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs but it really didn’t bother them. In the end, the delivery was also made on time. I just couldn’t be happier.

  59. Sweats are not needed

For all the people who think relocations are too stressful, you haven’t hired Suburban relocation systems! It was so easy getting a quote from them. The number was quite low too! I wondered how the actual move would go since cheap usually spells hotchpotch to me. But fortunately the crew I got was very experienced and professional. They took minimum amount of time to finish packing and loading everything. They delivered my belongings on time and in great condition. The final bill matched the quote perfectly. So, basically, I moved interstate without sweating a drop, unless you take into account the weather that is!

  60. Low hourly rates

Most moving companies charge such high hourly rates that it’s scary to even think of hiring them. But we were moving across the country and we just had to hire someone to do the job properly. Suburban relocation systems gave me a very reasonable quote for the distance that had to be covered. To be honest, I was quite surprised by the quote they gave me. But their men were all very professional and extremely efficient. They packed up everything creatively and carried all my furniture to the vans with ease. I wasn’t expecting this level of efficiency with the price they charged. Luckily, there were no surprise costs in the final bill and everything went very smoothly.
