This report is an attempt to seek justice not just for me but most of my peers who worked for Jason M Spencer from Student Loan Relief. This guy is horrible and has a filthy history of abusing and taking advantage of his employees as well as clients.
Not able to meet the agreement made between the employees and employer, he has scammed most of my friends including me. The problems ranges but not limited to providing benefit packages agreed upon, paying pay checks on schedules, income proofs and much more.
I remember, I needed my income proof to apply for my home loan and he kept me going here and there for a month and then denied providing one. It would have taken an email from his end to ask the finance department for giving me that proof of income letter.
But, he refused because he likes torturing people. As the CEO of the company, he was authorized to make commitments for providing benefits and bonuses to the employees. He made many promises which was not only verbal but was in written as well, but he refused to abide by those terms, failing to meet what he promised on behalf of the company.
At several instances, I was driven back seat when I asked for my rights. He even shouted at almost every employee especially when someone wanted to know about the salary and delays.
His fraud is not limited to the students but reaches to his clients as well. Knowingly, he had lied many times about the information for the application of Federal Student Aid Program to decrease the payments driven by the client’s income. For example, he provides the false size of family to make this happen.
He has committed many illegal crimes that should be brought to the notice of court of law. This is a great threat and he should be stopped before he makes any further problems for the company as well as the clients.
I have witnessed his cruelty and know that he can go to any level for satisfying his ego. He has got no courtesy and is always trying to make other bring down. When I went to him for clearance of my last month’s salary before leaving the job, he said that it would be credited to my account. He did not provide any details of when and how much.
He is a creepy man with no intention to help employees or appreciate them for their committed work. He is at loss and he would soon understand what fate he is going to meet soon. I am ready to talk about it and would be interested to reach out to law.
This report is about his ill-treatment and there are many other things that I have not considered writing here, but if anyone from the company would like to connect with me to talk in details, I would be happy to share more information.
This guy should be thrown away from the company.
