I really did not want to have to do this rating, because the service tech was kind and responsive. I did a rating before any service was done, giving high marks based on the initial telephone conversation. The work was done in June and August of 2017. Here’s why I am now giving a not so well rating. The technician told me that my work orders would be emailed to me. That never happened and I have called over 10 times trying to get these work orders with no success. Because I am still having issues with my HVAC unit, I have no supporting documentation to show what was/was not done.
Advice to all – when a technician say a work order will be emailed, demand that they write one up on the spot so you don’t end up in the same predicament as me.
