I have been going to Steve Parsons for 38 years. I was his third customer my uncle was his first client.
Steve has always serve with professional and caring which we became friends.
I turned my taxes this past year and Frank was assigned my case.
He question and treated me with the worst customer service. he said I need to your banker after I gave me my bank statements.
I called my banker and asked how many times accounts called him he said it was the first time. I was made to feel like a criminal.
l called and said to send my taxes back to me. After 38 years I would never back to this firm they are the worst in the business.
