Horrible listener, Bad Communicator
Having a really hard time finding a GP that will take Medicare so I decided to try Staywell Urgent Care and Family Medicine who has convenient online booking and lots of openings.
Nice office.Friendly front desk staff. Very clean. I didn’t care for the doctor much.
Maybe others have had a good experience with this physician but I felt like he was a horrible listener, bad communicator and not proactive which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Had to see him twice for the same issue and was told to take Tylenol.
My new doctor prescribed real pain medication, gave me a cortisone shot and referred me to a podiatrist.
I’m able to comfortably walk again. Prescribed medicine that I had bad side effects from in the past.
Could have been avoided if he’d bothered to tell me what he had prescribed.
I was also charged several times for a co pay until I realized they didn’t know to have my secondary insurance pick that up.
Also charged me a fee for some paper work that should have been sent to my secondary as well.
Glad I never have to see this doctor again.
