I just moved to Seattle and have been in search of a spa with a membership. Unfortunately, my experience with them today was disgusting and disappointing. They are only looking out for themselves and does not have their customers best interest.
I called to reschedule because I was sick and Matthew their front desk manager told me they would have to charge me the cancellation fee because their employees do not get paid if they don’t have a client.
I didn’t not receive any email, call, or text to confirm the appointment and was not expecting to be sick. But there was zero empathy and I ended up paying the $60 cancellation fee to avoid this place and the employees.
It’s unfortunate that I wasn’t able to enjoy the experience. Since I wanted to join their membership program, I was looking forward to it. Hopefully no one ever gets ill or hospitalized because in addition to your hospital fees the spa will charge you as well. Be prepared.
