BUYER BEWARE: I have had the worst experience with Space City Credit Union!
They are quick to demand stuff but then sit on your issue.
They give you false information and call you a liar.
The manager, Paula, provides no solutions and instead tells you that you are out of luck.
The only one that provided any assistance is Juan. You meet all their demands and then they wait 10 minutes before closing to contact you, right when they can no longer offer service.
Take your business to other credit unions like First Service or Members choice or somewhere where they will really go above and beyond and find a solution to your problem or at least try.
