Thomas D. can not fault the quality of care given by SFPMPT, but they acted in a very unprofessional manner with me. Sophia Fong was my PT, but Dr. Sophia Fong, seriously screwed
Thomas D. by putting personal things
Thomas D. mentioned to her during our PT sessions into my file.
The depth of her inappropriate journal keeping came out when she was on the stand testifying as a witness in a trial I was having against the red light runner who damaged my neck and spine. The opposing counsel (insurance company hack) used the personal non-medicaly related notes against me.
Sophia needs to learn that it is inappropriate and unprofessional to enter non-medically related information into a patients file. She also needs media training since she was a train wreck when she was on the stand. I suspect she came off as upset because she knew her unethical behavior was about to be exposed on the stand. A lesser man then me would sue her for malpractice.
