First of all, they cancelled my appointment without any warning. I took the day afternoon off for my appointment and when i arrived, they gave it to someone else.Then, I received an invoice in the mail with no justification for what it is for.
Several times I requested an itemized invoice so that I could pay it, and I was routinely ignored. Then they sent it to collections, where I again requested an itemized invoice. Now they have reported me to the credit agencies,
but I have yet to see what I owe them money for.It is not a lot of money, but I like to see what I am billed for. The dental service itself was great, but their customer service and billing is horrendous
