SkinSpirit Skincare Clinic and Spa San Francisco

Very Disappointed with this service

Really horrible experience. I wanted to use them but left my session with more questions than answers. I was on the timer the whole time and told the provider several times how confused I was. I’m definitely not going to spend 1000+ bucks for an aesthetic provider who doesn’t even do deep skin work. I also need to know that I can get complete answers.

I was very very disappointed with this service and will be evaluating other options to move forward with.

The woman I met with knew how confused I was and the rates were far higher than anyone else I’ve spoken to. She also didn’t have rates available and things I was interested in (but might not actually end up pursuing) weren’t available because there’s no doctor in office, he only stops in once a month. There are some real shortcomings to their approach (not being able to do many things without an MD and having aestheticians who do lower quality less intensive work) and customer care.

I’m really confused how this place has good reviews. Maybe I just got the wrong person on the wrong day I don’t know.
