Beware! If I could give her zero stars I would! Sheryl L Josserand, CPA is a complete fraud! Went to her a month ago to file my personal taxes in which she said she would be in touch with me shortly.

While I was at her home office she asked mostly personal questions and not enough business ones.

A red flag in my eyes. I Politely called a week ago to follow up to see if she needed anymore information from my husband and I and she gave me attitude and said she would get back to me that same week.

My taxes would literally take her 15 minutes to process! Here it is another week later.. And I haven’t heard from her. I’ve  emailed and I’ve left a voicemail and still no call back.

Is she serious? How unprofessional is that. I took my business elsewhere and you should too! Think about it…she only has 3 good reviews and she claims to have been doing this for several years!
