Garbage. Somehow they get wind that you are refinancing your mortgage, then call you sort of pretending to be the lender you’re working with.
Not explicitly, since they do say they are Sharp Loan. But if you aren’t paying attention you could easily think it’s legitimately related to the refinance you have going on and end up getting scammed.
They implore you to “immediately” call to” review “important information” about “your application” and “to protect your privacy.” Of course, I have no business with them.
Here’s a transcription of the voicemail I received:
“Hi, my name is Matthew with the Mortgage Services Department at Sharp Loan.
We have important information regarding an inquiry and the review of your mortgage application.
Contact the Mome Mortgage Line of Credit and Pre-approvals Department immediately at 714-701-8458.
And again, this is Matthew with Sharp Loan Mortgage Broker in Orange, Orange County, California.
In an effort to protect your privacy contact our office at 714-701-8458 and please provide the number you received this message at an any of our trained professional representatives can assist you with your application.
Thank you very much. And again this is Sharp Loan. Make it a great day.”
Incompetent staff
I went to the sharp loan branch. Were the employee has a very bad attitude. When one askes questions is as if u not suppose to and they dont knw how to read payslips neither bank statements. I asked how much will they be offering the answer was not relevent ” by the sound of it i was not suppose to ask anything was supose to listen and nod to everything”. When i started asking about my offer that was not mentioned i was at the wrong then was told to leave the shop. It been a week ago I have take a loan amount of 4000 From sharp loans after 1 day of due date your recovery guys abusing me and edited my photo with a naked girl also abuses me madarchod pasie de what is this kind of financial trust I have already reported to cybercrime regarding this after I was statred abusing he said ruk tu abhi demo deta hu then he edited my photo and says ab dkh Or bhjta hu
People comes to you for financial help plz dont think they are beggars . At least have some fear of God
I already paid the loan & submitted the utr no but still loan it is not closed
I already paid the loan amount Rs-4027/-on their Sharp loan app on 31.01.2022 submitted UTR no but still not closed yet. I have forwarded the complaint in Sharp loan app feedback & mail to Sharp loan mail I’d with Google pay payment screenshot. But the loan is not closed yet daily getting harassment by different what’s app nos.
Today I called Sharp loan Customer care no he is telling that acct is closed he will give another acct no to pay the amount. Already I paid the amount he is speaking will provide a discount to pay Rs-3000/-I asked why should I pay. I already paid, then he is threatening to take a loan for two lakhs thru my Aadhar & Pancard. Pls, request you to take action on this.
Fraud company Sharp Loan
I have borrowed 3000 Rs. from Sharploan App for 7 days . My repayment value Was 4027… They gave the loan instantly by taking ID details & Bank account details. Then while Paying Back through the app it was showing only pay through UPI , address was given : eazypay.573934210@icici … Name registered as : Januguru Raju , Tried myltiple times to make the payment but due to technical error on their end payment not done successfully. Then I tool the Screen shot and mailed them on given mail id on the app : [email protected] about the difficulty . No reply got from their end , in between that recd whats app from +880 1972-874503 , he asked me to make the payment asap , i shared the problem with him on whats app with screen shots. Then at about 1:40 PM I recd call from 9131296401 , he introduced himself from Sharploan Customer care & said that ” they are facing some technical issue , so payment couldn’t be completed by app , he shared another upi id sm0499987@okaxis & asked me to complete the payment & share the details on 8927505628 .. I made the payment & shared the details on given number & on +880 1972-874503 also. Then this +880 number said that done & immediately deleted the message & again said Let me check. I said ok. Then at 3 pm again I recd whatsapp from another number i.e +880 1634973968 .. & very rudely said ” Screen shot vejho” .. I have shared the payment Screen shot & then said that apne 12 baje se pehele payment nahi kia to we will take legal action. I said that i have every proof that since morning I was trying to make the payment. I have done mail , i have every records. So if u want to take legal action you can take . Then I also said that I am in touch with their customer care number. I requested him to coordinate with them. Then the customer care guy called me & asked to send my Id ( Adhar & Pan) as repayment done manually not through the app. They have to close the loan manually. I shared the details with him , then again I recd call from another number 9556628994 , he introduced him by the name of Deepak & said that need to verify the bank details for closing process. I have shared Account number & IFSC code also. Then he called me back & said that a Verification code will come & I have to share the code with them to close the loan. THE OTP WAS FROM DHANI to reset my pin. I asked him about the relation between Dhani & Sharploan , he said that not dhani its their verification code , where itt was written clearly that XXXXXXXXX is the pin to Reset your Dhani pin. He tried to convince me to share the OTP in multiple way , by threatening , by requesting.. etc.. i told him that i don’t need to close the Loan , i have repaid & i have that proof. They will do the rest on their own . I am not going to share OTP. Then he disconnected the call.
So this Sharp Loan app is completely fraud , they helped you by giving money then while repayment they play the nasty game.
