My husband and I first learned of Shamrock Financial Corporation, while he took a class about first time home buyers in Rhode Island.
We went in and spoke to Bruce, and he was going to run a few “What if Scenarios” and would get back to us next week, (This was the week of Thanksgiving) never heard back from him.
Called him back January 11 he thought we were going to call him back?? Then proceed to tell us that they have a new ‘What if” system… and he would get back to me on Monday, Ok perfect. Never heard back from him.
Left Bruce another message 1/24 that we would be in to pick up our paperwork and left him my phone number..again…. to call me back and verify it would be ready with the receptionist on Friday.. No answer, so on Friday 1/25 I called his office and cell phone and no answer.
Called the main number and was put on hold for a few minutes, when they came back on the line they told me he would call me back in about 15 minutes.
He texted me saying he would call me back in 20 minutes, OK PERFECT.
35 minutes later the receptionist calls and tells me my paperwork would be ready for pick-up.
2 months of time wasted.. If they didn’t want our business or couldn’t help us, just be professional and say that upfront.
