Make An Appointment
I had the misfortune of being assigned a doctor at Shalom Health Care Center.I was never able to actually make an appointment.
I called one afternoon and was told that they only do appointments one week out and that they also only make an appointment the day of and I would need to call in the morning.
Already this was sounding odd but I needed to see a doctor and figured I’d give them a chance.
I called back the next day and when I finally got through (I’m guessing all other patients that needed to get an appointment were doing the same) I was just asked some questions and told I would be called back.
That never happened which is probably for the best. I’m not too fond of competing with other patients as if I’m in a radio call in contest.
I can’t speak for the actual service beyond trying to make an appointment, but if it’s anything like their scheduling then it’s a joke.

I bring my daughter here. Has many especial needs and the doctors are good and wise. We cna afford it.
This place is horrible.
This place is horrible. Made an appointment a month prior. Arrived 15 early as a voice mail from them instructed. Waited in the lobby for nearly 2 hours and was the told it would be another 1.5 hours because I came early.
In the meantime they hustled everyone through which appeared to be cash payers. I had insurance so go figure. Never never go to this place.

Staff not trained well enough to care for patients. they don’t have real Doctors only nurse practitioners. They might have only 1 Doctor but shes only in once a week.
Staff here are very unprofessional and rude. When I used to come here and needed medication sent to the pharmacy they never sent it, I had to call like 5 times and speak to a supervisor because they always forgot to sent it to the pharmacy.
