Was planning to go Security Tax Service because of the good reviews.
But I never went, but just my experience over my phone was horrible. Super rude.
I asked if they do walk ins or appointments only.
She “asked” if she’s ever done my return before but didn’t state it as a question.
She replied “did you hear what I said” in a bad attitude.
She said I’m to rushed and piled up.
Like how am I suppose to know that. Just by asking a simple question.
Didn’t even apologize, just said ok bye.
