Awful Experience
My husband and I had the unfortunate experience to see a condo shown by Ingrid D. This was an awful experience from the beginning.
Ingrid and I emailed back and forth to set up a time to go see a condo.
She was very insistent we be there at 5:00pm even though I told her it was nearly impossible since my husband and I were not going to get off work until about 5:30.
Ingrid’s emails disregarded the questions I asked about the unit and were both short and rude.
We were able to get off work in time to make it to the property at 5:00pm, but Ingrid wasn’t there. She was 15 minutes late.
She had also scheduled another appointment to see the condo at the same time.
This normally wouldn’t be a problem, except for two reasons: (1) she ignored us completely to talk to the other group exclusively, and (2) it was obvious she wanted us to be there promptly at 5:00 in order to rush through the showing as fast as possible. Ingrid was not thorough at all.
The condo was in fair condition, but was clearly in need of a paint job and a cleaning (the kitchen cabinets were a little sticky, the lights in the kitchen were flickering a bit, and there were a pair of shorts still left in the bathroom).
When we brought this to her attention, she just responded, “well, they already painted it, but it is what it is”.
Ingrid is not doing a service to either the owners of the condo or the people interested in renting it out.
My husband and I can only rate this experience as an epic failure.
