Scott Price & Co had the absolute worst experience and, in general, they provided the worst customer service.
This firm was hired to work for me over three years ago.
I fired them after we had an experience. Since then, the IRS has sent me notices and fees.
To this day, I still spend time trying to get them back to their promises.
They are slow to return emails or calls, and the owner uses family issues as an excuse.
Many years ago, the same excuse was used to explain why his work wasn’t done correctly.
His website boasts that he has 18 employees, and none of them have addressed our problem.
Scott has emailed to let us know he will call us today.
However, that doesn’t erase the many years of problems we have had with him.
