I am very unimpressed by how Saratoga Bancorp does business. The company owner personally quoted a super good rate on email and on the phone but was not responsive after the paperwork started.
A week later, after the repeated followup on my part, the office provided a rate that is almost 2% higher!
There seems to be a huge disconnect between the sales person and the loan processing part of the company!
