Horrible ExperienceI’ve been a member for over 30 years. I’m blown away with how downhill San Francisco Fire Credit Union has gone.
I’m giving this review because of multiple horrible experience.
Recently the customer service has been beyond horrible.
The tellers at the Stonetown location all seem to be under qualified to be doing the teller job.
I waited 20 plus minutes in line the other day.
I was the only one in line as the tellers lagged on helping the members.
After I got to the counter the tell screwed up my transaction. A big mistake.
I was livid that a teller could make such a horrible mistake.
It took almost an hour to speak with a supervisor.
A day later they fixed their mistake but it should never have happen.
They need to really start hiring qualified people and not just cheaper help.
Don’t get me started on the new online banking website.
Horrible I thought the older system was 100% better than the new one.
I hope the credit union can start improving or else my family and I are going to have to find a new credit union to bank with.
Do not give them your money or you'll lose it
I have been scammed a few times while traveling and SF Fire Credit hasn’t alerted me to unusual activity, which has cost me my identity and a TON of $, which they require tedious amounts of paperwork for and endless excuse. Even my favorite banker are hunkering down as result. SO disillusioned.
